New Patients

Finding a new dental office can be a challenge. At Mokena Crossings Family Dental in Mokena, Illinois, our excellent service and knowledgable, friendly team will ensure you receive the personalized dental care you deserve.

Health Forms

To help you find a new doctor, we have created these guidelines. Many people remain with their same doctor for many years, as they get comfortable with the service and medical judgement they get.

In special cases, such as moving to a new neighborhood, people must find new doctors. If you are one of those people, these guidelines might be useful to you when visiting your new dentist in Mokena Illinois. We are here to provide high quality service in a relaxed, comfortable environment.

Health history is essential. Evaluating your medical history allows our dentist to get a better understanding of your dental care needs.

Comprehensive Exam

All first-time patients will undergo a comprehensive examination of the teeth and gums. It enables our dentist to set a solid course of action to treat any problem. Feel comfortable sharing any questions or concerns you may have with our dentist.

X-rays are a way of diagnosing problems that can otherwise go unnoticed. Tooth decay, abscess, impacted teeth or jawbone damage will all be visible on an x-ray.

Treatment Plan

Once the comprehensive exam and x-rays are done, our dentist will provide you with solutions to your dental issues. Since each treatment plan is developed based on your specific needs, it’s imperative that you are clear about your expectations from the start.

To ensure a healthy lifestyle, pay attention to your oral hygiene. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office today at 708-479-9797. Our dentist and team are here for you!
